Account Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your SlideFrame account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Send an email to info@edgerasers.com
2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
3. Include the email address associated with your SlideFrame account
4. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours

Data That Will Be Deleted

• Your account information (email, password)
• All photos uploaded to your frames
• All connected frames and their settings
• Usage history and preferences

Data Retention

Upon receiving your deletion request, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Backup copies may be retained for up to 90 days for technical reasons, after which they will also be permanently deleted.
